FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Are utilities included?
  • Utilities will be included in o flat monthly community fee of $150  per room.
• Does my bedroom lock?
  • Yes, each bedroom will have its own unique smart lock exclusive to the leaseholder.
• Do you offer furniture?
  • All shared living homes will be fully furnished. Each room will have a bedframe, mattress, nightstand and dresser. Common areas will also be fully furnished, down to the forks!  
• Can I sign up with a roommate?
  • Yes, you are more than welcome to fill out individual applications to be placed in the same shared space in individual rooms. Subject to availability.
• If I sign up alone, how will my roommates be selected?
  • Subject to unit availability, the leasing staff will lease individual rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. As part of the leasing application process, a roommate lifestyle preference survey will be conducted (e.g. early riser/night owl, go out/stay in, etc.), and the leasing staff will try to match roommates as best as possible.
• If one of the bedrooms is empty, does my rent change?
  • No—you lease your bedroom at your agreed upon rate regardless of occupancy of the other bedrooms.
• Is there onsite parking?
  • Yes, there is an attached garage. Each space is $50/month.
• How often can I expect cleaning?
  • Once every month in the unit's shared areas. Cleaning of private bedroom and bathrooms is available for a fee.
• Can I request more frequent housekeeping?
  • Yes, you may request additional housekeeping via the vendor we provide. You will be responsible for coordinating a date and time that works best for you. Payment can be arranged directly to the vendor.
• What household items will be provided on a monthly basis?
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and laundry soap.
• Does each room have its own climate control system?
  • Yes! Each room will have its own thermostat and HVAC system.
• Can I refer someone?
  • Yes! We love referrals! If you refer a future neighbor, you will be eligible for a bonus! Ask your leasing team for more info.
